I hired Concord Tree Service to cut down two large trees that were sending roots into my foundation. These trees are right next to my driveway, straddling the property line with my neighbor. The only place to set the trees down as they fell was in my neighbor’s yard, but luckily, my neighbor was reasonable and let Concord use their yard. And my neighbor also needed a large tree of their own cut down. So over the course of 2 days, Concord cut down all 3 trees – 2 of mine and 1 of my neighbor’s – and hauled away all the debris. My trees filled my neighbor’s yard, but everything got hauled away by Concord, and my neighbor hasn’t complained that I’ve affected their yard in any way. I went with Concord because out of all the estimates I received, theirs was the cheapest. And of course, I checked their insurance. In the end, the trees are gone, nothing fell on my house’s roof, and my neighbor hasn’t complained about any effects of borrowing their yard to cut down my trees. So I got exactly what I wanted, for the lowest price.
